Neha Reddy

Neha Reddy is a driven highschool student with a strong interest in law, finance, and business. As the Captain of Varsity PF Debate and a two-time DECA state qualifier, Neha demonstrates leadership and strategic thinking both inside and outside the classroom. She is also the founder of an online tutoring business, where she manages operations and supports student learning. Neha’s passion for civic engagement is evident in her roles as a South Texas representative for the National Youth Health & Safety Council with Kaiser Permanente and as an Austin Youth City Council representative. Dedicated to giving back, she has earned two Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Awards through her work as a teen attorney with the local Teen Court. Neha is excited to be a part of Ladders for Leaders, where she aims to further develop her skills and contribute to meaningful projects. She is committed to leadership, advocacy, and making a meaningful impact in her community!
